The pre-construction phase started with our team laying floor protection and encapsulating the work area for dust control, ensuring the home remained as clean as possible. Our demolition team removed flooring, cabinets, countertops, plumbing, and more to make space for new, updated features.
In the electrical phase, we moved outlets, installed LED lighting, and ran electrical for a bathroom exhaust fan. Next, plumbing came into play, where new lines were installed for the shower, vanity, and toilet. Framing a new partition wall added much-needed structure, while drywall repairs and fresh paint transformed the room.
Attention to Detail
Trenton was attentive to every detail Ruth requested, ensuring her specific preferences were met. John, with his friendly and helpful approach, supported the process, creating an inviting experience. From installing baseboards and custom trim to laying luxurious LVT flooring and placing the elegant quartz countertops, every element was carefully executed.

The final result? A stunning master bathroom and closet that exceeded Ruth’s expectations. The Woodlawn Blue walls brought in a fresh, calming atmosphere, while the quartz countertops and decorative trim added a touch of sophistication.
